Price Transparency
At The Wright Eye Center and Natural Eyes Laser and Surgery Center, we are committed to providing patients with clear and understandable information regarding the cost of their care.
The amount a patient may owe for a procedure can vary depending on the specific procedure performed, insurance coverage, deductible, coinsurance, copayments, and other factors related to the individual patient’s treatment plan.
Common Procedures
Some of the most commonly performed procedures at our Ambulatory Surgery Center include:
- Cataract removal with intraocular lens (IOL) implantation
- Cataract surgery with a standard monofocal lens
- Cataract surgery with a premium or advanced-technology lens
- YAG laser capsulotomy
- Glaucoma procedures
- Other ophthalmic surgical procedures
Understanding Your Charges
Patients should be aware that the Surgery Center’s fee may represent only a portion of the total cost of care. Depending on the procedure, patients may receive separate bills from:
- The surgeon or physician
- Anesthesia providers
- The Surgery Center
- Laboratory, pathology, or other ancillary providers, when applicable
These providers may participate with different insurance plans and may bill separately for their services.
Requesting a Cost Estimate
Patients may request a personalized estimate of the expected Surgery Center charge before their scheduled procedure. The estimate will be based on the information available at the time of the request and is not a guarantee of the final amount owed.
For insured patients, we encourage you to contact your insurance company to confirm your benefits, deductibles, coinsurance, copayment, and network participation.
Uninsured and self-pay patients may contact our office for information regarding available self-pay rates and payment options.
For questions pricing or to request and estimate, please contact Natural Eyes Laser and Surgery Center directly.
Our staff will be happy to assist you in understanding the anticipated costs associated with your procedure.
Please note: Any estimate provided is an estimate only. Actual charges may vary based on the services ultimately provided, changes in the patient’s treatment plan, insurance benefits, and other circumstances.
