During your screening, our team will review your vision goals, evaluate key measurements, and help determine whether laser vision correction may be appropriate for you. If LASIK or PRK looks like a good fit, we can discuss the next steps and complete any additional testing needed for surgical planning.
A Screening can help anser questons such as:
- Am I a canidate for LASIK?
- Would PRK be safer or better for my eyes?
- Is my prescription within treatment range?
- Do my corneas look healthy enough for laser vision correction?
- Are there other options I should consider?
Our doctors will not recommend LASIK or PRK if they do not feel these procedures can be performed safely on your unique eyes and if they do not feel confident that your vision will improve after the procedure. Our vast experience performing comprehensive evaluations and our surgical expertise make us highly qualified to know which procedure is best for our patients.
